Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  3. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@lifeproinsurance.click with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is packed securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. The exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including but not limited to custom orders, sale items, and clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.
